Born at DeKalb Medical Center to Randy and Diana Lane. Matt was twin A and weighed 6 lbs. 14 ounces. Twin B, Daniel, followed 6 minutes later

February 09, 2003

Passed away on February 09, 2003 at the age of 17, at Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville.

February 12, 2003

Wednesday Feb. 12, Matt's funeral was held at Snellville United Methodist Church.
